Reiki Financial Agreement

For both in-person and distance Reiki sessions, a follow-up email will be sent to confirm your booking date and time. This email will include instructions for payment and final confirmation of your session.

 

Payment must be received within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your reserved time slot may be released and made available to other clients.

 

Coaching Financial Agreement

​QHHT® Financial Agreement

A follow-up email will be sent confirming the day and time of your session. At this time there are no payment obligations, you may disregard that part of the automatic email.

 

The sessions are offered as an energy exchange, a sacred balance of giving and receiving. As this work continues to grow, a set fee will be introduced to honor the time, care, and intention invested in each session. Until then, sessions are offered for free. If you feel an energetic imbalance and wish to tip, you are welcome to give what feels aligned with your heart. 

 

Refund Policy

Please know that all payments are non-refundable, as they honor the time, care, and intention taken to prepare for each session.

Rescheduling Policy

(Applicable for Reiki, Coaching and QHHT Sessions)

You agree to provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your session. For in-person sessions, this notice is required if you or someone in your household is sick. If you do not reschedule within the required timeframe, you agree to forfeit the cost of the session, as time and energy are dedicated to preparing for each session. Clients may reschedule one time without penalty, and any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiting the session cost. If Ava Heydarian needs to reschedule for any reason, it will not count towards the clients reschedule limit. Please submit rescheduling requests to Hello.InnerSoulPath@gmail.com.

If the Consent Form is not completed, signed/dated and emailed back at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, your session will be rescheduled and this will count towards your one time rescheduling limit.
