TERMS OF SERVICE & DISCLAIMER

InnerSoulPath.com (“Site”)

By accessing this Site or booking any services through InnerSoulPath.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service & Disclaimer (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from booking, purchasing, or participating in any services.

1. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. By booking a session, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of Services

Topics discussed on the Site and all services provided by Ava Heydarian are non-medical, non-therapeutic, non-clinical, and non-professional advisory services. Sessions are offered for spiritual, energetic, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

Sessions may be conducted in person or via remote communication platforms. You acknowledge and agree that all interpretations are subjective and personal in nature.

3. No Professional Advice or Relationship

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Ava Heydarian is not acting as, and does not represent herself as, a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney.

  • No doctor-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, or professional advisory relationship of any kind is created through the provision of services.

  • Nothing provided during any session is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any medical or psychological condition, nor to provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

You agree that you will seek independent professional advice for any such matters.

4. Assumption of Risk & Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that participation in all services is completely voluntary.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with participation, including but not limited to emotional, mental, physical, or financial impacts.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your own well-being before, during, and after any session. You may discontinue participation at any time at your sole discretion.

You further represent that you are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or participation.

5. Payment Terms, Refunds & Digital Services

All services are considered prepaid, time-based, and/or digital services.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, chargebacks, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once a booking is confirmed.

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute after booking, and acknowledge that doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper scheduling and preparation:

  • Required intake forms and/or documents must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling at the sole discretion of the provider, without refund.

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to request rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or failure to attend (“no-shows”) will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

  • Each client is permitted one (1) reschedule without penalty. Any additional reschedules may result in forfeiture of the session fee at the provider’s discretion.

  • Illness within the client or household does not automatically waive the reschedule policy but may be considered at the provider’s discretion.

  • If Ava Heydarian reschedules a session, it will not count toward the client’s reschedule limit.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you expressly agree that:

  • Ava Heydarian, InnerSoulPath.com, and any affiliated individuals, contractors, or locations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your participation in any session or use of this Site. This includes, without limitation, claims related to emotional distress, loss of income, business interruption, personal injury, or reliance on session content.

  • All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Don't rely on the services or information on the Site for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any content regarding those topics is provided for informational purposes only, does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. 

 

8. Release of Claims & Waiver

You hereby irrevocably release, waive, and discharge Ava Heydarian and InnerSoulPath.com from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses—known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected—arising out of or in any way related to your participation in services or use of this Site.

You expressly waive any protections that would otherwise limit the scope of such release to known or suspected claims.

9. No Guarantees

You understand and agree that no results, outcomes, or benefits of any kind are promised or guaranteed. Individual experiences vary and are subjective in nature.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Ava Heydarian, doing business as InnerSoulPath.com ("Inner Soul Path"), regarding all services provided and supersedes any prior statements, representations, communications, or agreements relating to those services.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

12. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By accessing or using InnerSoulPath.com, booking a session, checking any consent box, submitting any form, or proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms of Service & Disclaimer. By booking a session, checking any consent box, submitting a form requiring acceptance, or proceeding with payment, you further agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to this Terms of Service & Disclaimer in full.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

  • You irrevocably release and hold harmless Ava Heydarian, doing business as InnerSoulPath.com, and all affiliated parties as described herein.

  • You agree that this electronic acceptance is legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
