Please read this Disclaimer/Term & Conditions Agreement carefully before paying for services on InnerSoulPath.com. InnerSoulPath.com will now be referred to as Site. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, you may not continue forward with the purchase of any sessions from InnerSoulPath.com.
You need to be 18 years old or older to schedule and book services. Your sessions held either remotely (video conference), or in person and are subject to your personal interpretation and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. By requesting and scheduling a session, you are informed, understand, and agree that Ava Heydarian is not a medical professional, psychological professional, financial advisor, tax accountant, or an attorney. Any information given to you by Ava Heydarian in the session is not to be used in place of medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional licensed advice. Sessions with Ava offer spiritual and energy insight and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Sessions with Ava are considered digital services/goods and there are no refunds or exchanges. Ava Heydarian and the practice location will not be held liable for any damages, claims, demands or suits for injury, complications and or negligence resulting from the use of this Site or as a result of any session or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result from any sessions held by Ava Heydarian.
You are responsible for returning any required documents 24 hours prior to your session, otherwise understand that your session will be rescheduled.
You agree to provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your session. For in-person sessions, this notice is required if you or someone in your household is sick. If you do not reschedule within the required timeframe, no refunds will be given, as time and energy are dedicated to preparing for each session. Clients may reschedule one time without penalty, and any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiting the session cost. If Ava Heydarian needs to reschedule for any reason, it will not count toward the client’s reschedule limit.
Thus, before paying for the session, I have read and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions and I agree to hold Ava Heydarian free, releasing her from any damages, claims, demands or suit for injury, complications and or negligence.
